Situated on a small peninsula on the edge of Sydney Harbour, this new home makes an architectural statement fitting its beautiful setting. Our interpretation of the interior was founded on the architecture (Stafford Architects) so that the relationship with the exterior is seamless. Its proximity to the water, North Westerly aspect and open façade floods the interior with light, creating the opportunity for areas of contrast and respite. The sculptural staircase winds throughout three levels like a ribbon, setting the scene for the dramatic interiors.
This is a versatile home – for family + entertaining, both formal + casual – as well as a comfortable private sanctuary.
