This home on Cremorne Point, Sydney, is located within a Heritage Conservation Area- originally built C1922, with subsequent additions C1946. The gloomy interior retained many post-war features, such as dark panelling, small and disconnected rooms with outdated facilities.
Taking into account our client’s brief to take advantage of the harbour views and NE aspect, we designed a functional contemporary interior with a sophisticated aesthetic.
Our design took into account the origins and architecture and in collaboration with Corben Architects, we developed a beautifully detailed interior with a rich palette of finishes and furnishings, that gracefully re-imagine the interior of this tired old home.
