This project was a renovation and alteration of a home that our clients had lived in for several years. It was a bit tired and in need of a refresh. The family was growing up and the dynamic and needs had changed.
We worked with the architect and builder to integrate the interior with the updates – which maximised the view of Sydney Harbour and provided more space and privacy for the family.
Our clients’ brief included a dramatic materials palette – they were unafraid of the strong contrast of dark and light materials – which we embraced in our selections. The kitchen was of special significance – as our client loves cooking so her brief was very specific in terms of layout and appliances.
